Wizard World Philadelphia: THIS WEEKEND!

Monday, May 26, 2008 - 12:00 AM

It's hard to believe, but Wizard World Philadelphia is upon us once again! I'll be in Artist's Alley all weekend, with copies of all three Evil Inc books, both Courting Disaster books and, hopefully, a few remaining issue of How To Make Webcomics.

Click on the graphic for a full-sized PDF of the convention floor with my table highlighted.

As a convention first, I'll also be bringing some originals for sale. I usually don't bring the originals, but I was inspired by Dave Kellett in Seattle, and I finally decided on the best way to sell originals at conventions.

If you have a favorite that you might like to pick up while you're at the convention, please drop me a line and I'll have it on hand for you to see.

Boy am I looking foreword to this convention! My wife and I are coming up with another couple as we have done in years past. Philly is such a fun town to hang out in and the convention itself has always been enjoyable. We will be stopping by to say “Hi” and to pick up a copy of the latest Annual Report. I warn you, Saturday we will be in costume, old school X-men style! (I warn you because while my wife’s costume came out great, mine only came out so-so)

Was that you in the 1960's-style Cyclops and Marvel Girl? Don't knock yourself, your Cyke came out pretty spiffy. I especially liked the secret control on the visor lights!

Oh, and by the way,

ENTHUSE FOR BRAD!

Yep that was me! People seemed to like it a lot more than I thought they would, so as they day went on I started feeling a little better about the work I had done. The lights on the visor were the one thing on the costume I was most proud of. It was my first attempt at any sort of wiring for a costume project. So thanks for the compliments!

Brad I am surprised that Sunday was your busy day, it seemed like there was always somebody over at your table on Saturday...although I will admit I could not see a whole lot on Saturday ;)
