Gag? What gag?

So either that is the most ineffective gag in the history of gags or Lightning Lady has an addition supper power of perfect pronunciation while gagged.

Actually now that I think about it that might be a very useful super power for your standard heroine. Probably part of you standard female-super package: "Speak while gagged", "Keep your incredibly abbreviated costume on", "Chafing and splinter invulnerability", etc...

She is a super-villain after all...

She's obviously using her super-ventrillo-communication powers.

Y'see... she... um...they... er...

Does Adam Warren ever have to answer questions like this??

In Response to Guigar (#44330):

Ah. She compressed her voice with ultra-precise amplitude modulation and directed the micro pressure wave through the gag and at Dr Haynu’s ears. It all makes perfect sense now. (reffernce [blogspot.com]).

No doubt Lady Lighting will use her super weaving to get out of this sticky situation.

FWI Adam Warren actually goes in to a detailed description of gags, how they work and why Emp can speak with one in her mouth in Empowered 2. But then again it’s Adam Warren you sort of expect that.

Hell, let's face it, we're not responsible for anything; including the things we say, do, or think. And if you sue us because you think we are? Well, we're not responsible for that either.
